职位描述
Responsibilities 职责:
1. Lead The Team being responsible for the project until SOP+6 months
作为产品开发项目团队的领导负责项目到SOP 后6 个月
2. Scope, the product should respect Customer and company specification and rules
目标,新项目产品应该符合客户和公司技术条件和标准
3. Timing, assure the respect of milestone for Customer and or System, define the detailed develop plan
时间,确保按照客户或系统开发的主计划,并确定详细的开发计划
4. Cost , assure the respect of Pre-Initiative or Target cost defined at the beginning of the project 成本,
确保遵照项目之初定义的成本目标和批准的预算
5. Quality, assure the respect of the Quality Target defined during offer Phase
质量,确保实现在报价阶段定义的质量目标
6. Prototype, assure the delivery of prototype in different phase
样件,确保各个阶段样件的准时递交
Main activities 主要工作:
1. Responsible as Project Team Leader of component development from PR1, PR2, PR3 and
SOP+6Months with positive result
作为项目团队负责人负责零部件开发过程中从PR1,PR2, PR3 以及SOP 后6 个月
2. Responsible as Design Team Leader of Design Development from PR1 to PR2
作为设计团队负责人负责设计开发中PR1 到PR2 的过程
3. Define and update the PTC each week (PTC: Project Tracking Chart)
每周确认和更新PTC 文件
4. Call the Design Development Team Meeting 召集设计开发小组会议
5. Support PE in organizing the meeting of Process Development Team
支持PE 组织过程开发团队会议
6. Update the Cost Bom accordingly
定期更新物料成本
7. Inform KAM about all cost / Investment Change related to Customer and support KAM on Cost
communication with Customer if needed
通知KAM 需要的所有费用/客户相关的投资变化,如有需要支持KAM 与客户进行成本沟通
8. Organize the distribution of the Technical information internally and to customer
组织技术信息在内部和客户间的颁布
9. Manage each modification with PMD and lead the PMD process
管理PMD 更改和主导PMD 的进程
10. Cooperate with System Project Leader for customer request and develop of component on system与系统项目负责人合作,考虑客户需求和系统零部件的开发
11. Inform NPQ about item related to the Component Quality and support NPQ in Quality
communication with Customer if needed
通知NPQ 项目的相关零部件质量,如有需要支持NPQ 与客户进行质量沟通
12. Define Design Development Timing, Component Development Timing including Process
Development, Organize the validation
确定设计开发时间,零部件开发时间,包括流程开发,组织验证
13. Approve the supplier OTS
批准供应商OTS 报告
14. Support the localization process with supplier together with PB and SDE, and Internal with PE
与PB、SDE 和内部PE 一起支持供应商国产化进程
15. Support CSE and PQE in analysis and problem solving after SOP
支持CSE 和PQE 在SOP 后的问题分析和问题解决
Requirements 要求:
1. University degree or above, majored in engineering or automotive
工程或汽车专业本科以上学历
2. More than 8 year’s relevant engineering or component development experience
8 年以上配件开发相关工作经验
3. Professional in CAD tool 熟练运用CAD 软件
4. Good communication & fast learning
良好的沟通能力和优秀的学习能力
5. Good command of English
良好的英文沟通能力
