某德国机械制造商招聘财务总监一名

Director of Finance and Administration

Responsibilty:
1 leading the companies finance (Accounting) , IT and administration dept
2 Financial report , planning, forecasting preparation, accounting supervision, liquidity management, insuring good cash flow, financial controlling, invoicing, credit control and payment monitoring, assets management.
3 Integration of all functions and processes in the monthly closing and reporting procedure under the responsible area.
4 Frequent communication with HQs in Germany.
5 Development of project plan and management.
6 Responsibility for all IT system
7 Assist with the coordination of reporting, forecasting, budgeting analysis and balance sheet control.
8 Ensure compliance with company’s policies and generally local GAAP.
9 Ensure compliance with the local regulation and tax law.
10 Control the renovation of building and plant at company.
11 Maintain the food supply and other administration routine work.
12 To evaluate the performance of the subordinators in periodically.
Part of the management board of the company.

Requirment
1 China CPA
2 Bachelor in finance, or related fields
3 At least 5 years experience in FIE
4 At least 3 years management experience
5 Fluent in English
6 Fluent in German is a plus
7 Knowledge about German GAAP is a plus
8 Good with numbers, honest, precise, respect deadline and can work under pressure
9 At least 35 years old.
10 Knowledge and pratical experience in SAP is a plus
