The key role of this position is to provide the remote/on-site IT technical support for internal end-users in high quality and efficient way.
The major support scope covers:
- Basic computing environment support
- First level Application support
- Cooperation support for factory production line computers
- Internal ERP system supervision
- IT asset management
- Assist with IT accessory purchase
- A key contact window between China and Germany in IT supervision
- With dotted line reporting to IT superior in Germany

岗位要求：
- At least two year experiences on IT technical support （优秀的(同时外语良好的）应届毕业生亦可考虑）
- CET 6, or CET4 with certain oral English level.
- Experience on customer services
- Be Master of windows OS and administration tool
- Be familiar with Lotus Notes, ctrix
- Attention to detail, Communicate effectively,
- Customer orientation, Flexibility and self learning,
- Problem solving, Professional attitude, Teamwork
