职位描述
岗位描述:
1.三年以上的模具设计，修模工作经验，以及相关的模具加工制造经验
2.精通冲压设计与制造，了解钣金的各种工艺，懂品质管理
3.能熟练使用办公软件、AutoCAD，Pro-E,掌握英语的说写能力
4.有模具项目管理经验尤佳
5.具备较强的团队合作精神，能承受压力，有强烈的工作责任感。

工作职责:
1. 负责项目前期的产品失效分析（DFM）和2D图面审核,并能与客户进行有效沟通；
2, 根据产品和客户的需求，能准确制定出开模方案；
3. 负责解决模具加工中出现的紧急状况，及时准确地制定修模方案并确保完成,确保整个项目按照项目进度计划按时完成工作;
4. 负责产品的ECN全程跟踪，确保及时有效地完成;
5. 协助其他部分共同解决模具在生产中出现的问题，确保顺利生产；
6. 及时了解项目相关状态。
