岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历 （工科背景）
2、5年以上制造型企业相关管理工作经验，熟悉相关质量控制手段及质量问题分析能力，能阅读英文技术文件及制定质量控制文件，能直接和客户沟通等
3、熟悉图纸及AutoCAD, Pro-E, UG软件
4、熟悉TS16949标准APQP及QS质量管理技术
5、有金属加工背景及CNC背景优先

2、及时有效地处理客户的反馈及制定有效地预防措施，避免出现重复性问题
3、不断提高客户的质量
4、分析评审公司的质量问题使公司的质量得以改进和提高
