Description
? Assist to manage a team of coordinator and coordination specialist in daily operations.
? Provide training to new and existing coordinator and coordination specialist on SOP requirement.
? Help to promote a professional working relationship with Internal Associates, suppliers and factories.
? Acts as a functional lead and knowledge expert for coordination work.
? Communicate with ES management and sourcing teams for ES KPI and data analysis.
? Handle regular reports (weekly, monthly & annual reports)
? Support SD and SAT projects and related coordination
? KPI Calculation and Communication with relevant parties.
? SCCB data maintenance?
? To support all sorts of assigned tasks, projects and coordination activities for Support Supplier Development and Special Audit teams.
? Fire safety CAP follow up
? Monitor assessment result on time Expanded role - delivery
? Support to supervise a team of coordinators to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
? Provide necessary assistance and support to other sourcing teams on problem solving related to ES issues in terms of factory application, system and 3rd party audit firm communications.
? Provide necessary assistance and support to retail market managers and assessors on problem solving related to audit, factory/supplier application request, 3rd party audit firm communications and SCCB training coordination
? Compile/consolidation regular reports , and help to communicate with ES management and sourcing teams for ES KPI and data analysis.
? Support the development and enhancement of operation system in related to ES execution.
? Escalate critical issues to ES Coordination Supervisor / ES Regional Manager in terms of operations, system and people management.
? Support team projects assigned by ES Management.
? To Consolidate daily execution report for Coordination Supervisor to monitor activities/job progress within the team.
? Responsible for supplier/factory education and updates related to system development.
? Must have the highest level of integrity and be willing to learn.
? Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Qualifications
? Good English, especially in writing
? Proficient PC skills MS Excel & Word
? High level of attention to detail
? High level of organizational skills
? Critical thinking mind-set and analytical skill
? People management skill
? Work with sense of urgency
? Communication and presentation skill
