KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Safety
- To check safety condition on shop floor periodically
- Corrective action for any finding of unsafe points
- Operator education for preventing safety accidents and lessons learned
- Lead team to hit GSSF goal with EHS committee
-. Take responsibility to safety accident that is happened in shopfloor.

2.Quality
- To check daily quality problems and corrective action
- Master weekly quality meeting to review weekly quality level
- Operator education to promote quality mind
- Corrective action for NG parts and route causes finding
- To set up production system to meet TS 16949/ISO 14001 requirement
- Activity to settle quality basic system. (BWQS)
- To understand SPC and implement appropriately
3.Production Control
- To understand BWPS and implement appropriately
- To understand customer forecast and manufacturing capacity
- To manage production planning on SAP system
- To monitor "Kanban" operation to maintain optimum stock level
- Responsible overall production in part processing and assembly
- To lead Fast response meeting
- To lead layered audit and 5S improvement in production side
- Manage productivity (OEE), including operator performance rate, equipment operation rate, Scarp.
- To oversee production plan and actual output, and action correctly.
- Delivery management for supplier material/parts
4.Process Control
- To monitor compliance with operation standard
- To check operating condition and keep record of it
- Continuous monitoring of operator license and improvement of implementation
- Education and evaluation of operator license system
- Process improvement activity
- Other, follow up manufacturing excellence activity for production part.

5.Labor Management
- Training for foreman to promote leadership
-To incoming employee OJT training management. (Safety, MFG introduction)
- Periodic counseling with operators
- Team building activities with operators
- To promote good communication between operators
- Manpower planning
-Operator controls number of persons properly and arranges.
- Overtime management
6.TPM (included in BWPS requirement)
- Monitoring daily machine check sheet keeping by operator
- “My Machine Day” activity
- TPM program management
- MRO parts management
- To improve maintenance-ability
7. 3S5J (included in BWPS requirement)
- Setting up 3J5S system
- Periodic check 3J5S on shop floor
- Evaluation and reward for better achievement
- Event for promoting voluntary participation of operator
8. Management by Objective
- Cost reduction target set-up and follow-up
- Balanced score card evaluation and follow-up
- Key Performance Indicator follow-up
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
？ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
？ College above Degree, Major in Mechanical Engineering.
？ 10 Years and more experience in Manufacturing.
？ At least 3 years as manager, have rich experience in people management
？ Good at Written and Spoken English.
？ Good Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
？ Working experience in multi-national company is a plus
？ Good communicate skill with operator and cross function team
