工作职责：

- 根据业务部门提供的信息创建和维护主数据（如：客户、供应商、物料等），并确保所有数据符合适用标准以及所定义的模块；
- 根据既定标准分析数据、与业务部门一起解决出现的问题；
- 深入掌握主数据标准和流程以及业务运作模式以理解数据如何支持业务，并在日常工作中将掌握到的知识加以运用；
- 与各业务部门及采购、安全健康环保、财务、技术等部门合作以确保准确了解主数据要求、流程及标准；
- 根据文件保管要求维护支持性文件；


任职要求：

- 大专以上学历，相关专业毕业；
- 客户服务、采购、运营或财务等相关岗位两年以上工作经验，有SAP工作经验者尤佳；
- 具有较快的打字速度、数据处理技能及较强的数学能力；
- 良好的电脑知识及技能；
- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力；
- 中英文口语及书写流利；
- 工作认真细致，态度积极；

Job Purpose:

Create, maintain and analyze master data. Ensure master data complies with approved standards and identify data that is inconsistent with the standards and correct. In addition, work with the businesses in applying the standards to meet their business needs and provide education as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain master data (i.e. customers, vendors, and materials) submitted by the businesses and ensure that the data complies with the appropriate standards and is completed within the defined service metrics.
- Analyze data against standards and work with the businesses to correct problem areas.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of master data standards and processes and an understanding of the business and how the data supports the business. Provide this knowledge to the business to facilitate the maintenance of master data .
- Collaborate with the businesses, and resource groups including Purchasing, EH&S, Accounting/Finance and Technical to ensure understanding master data requests, processes and standards.
- Maintain supporting documentation in compliance with established record retention requirements.

Job Requirements:

- College or above degree majored in related fields.
- Two to three years working experience in customer service, purchasing, operations or accounting would be beneficial. In addition, a thorough knowledge of SAP would be helpful.
- Proficient typing, data processing skills as well as strong mathematical skills.
- Very good understanding of compute is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-production environment.
- Ability to handle stress and high-pressure demands is required.
- Detail oriented with positive attitude.
