Area of Responsibility

?Develop oral care new application to deliver tangible benefits.
?Strong fudamental understanding of formulation science to design new formulations.
?Good polymer science background to identify novel applications for the the existing ASI chemistries
?Ability to translate scientific insights into new products.
?Manage multiple projects and co-ordinate efforts to meet timeline
?Work with multi-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales to deliver projects.
?Good communiction skills - Create and present the findings to internal/external customers.

Desired Candidate Skills/Experience

?Babhelor degree or more, preferably in a tichnically related field, (i.e. chemical engineering, chemistry)
?Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in oral care formulating/manufacturing
?Must possess knowledge/experience in polymer chemistry.
?Good communication skill, responsibility and team working spirit.
?Good English and computer skill.

Educational Requirements:
Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, medicine or other relevant discipline
