Position Requirements:
The candidate will be responsible for managing a group of 3-4 peoples and meanwhile spend half of the time on the bench. He/She will be responsible for concept/prototype research and development based on global personal care business needs. This individual will also have significant involvement with global multidiscipline project teams focused on growing the company's personal care business locally.

Area of Responsibility
?Responsible for managing a group of 3-4 peoples in hair care.
?Concept/prototype research and development based on global personal care business needs.
?Supervise the team and conduct the research project on time.
?Strong fudamental understanding of formulation science to design new formulations, identify novel applications for the the existing ASI chemistries, translate scientific insights into new products,
?Give presentation in English with professional behaviors and write English technical articles/reports.
?Manage multiple projects and co-ordinate efforts to meet timeline.

Desired Candidate Skills/Experience
?M.S. degree or more, preferably in a technically related field, (i.e. chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer chemistry)
?Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hair care research/development, excellent knowledge in personal care products formulation, management experience prefered, love the research and development work in the lab.
?Familiar with personal care raw materials from local and international companies, and have hands-on experience with various testing equipments and technologies.
?Good communication skill, responsibility and team working spirit.
