职位描述：

Responsibilities

Main Objectives

1. To be the regional focal point for all voice network related projects.
2. Coordinate Voice Network related issues including implementations, troubleshooting and support administration for Asia Pacific ZF locations within the framework of global rollout projects.
3. Coordinate the regional voice network team activities and represent the region in a global environment.
4. Coordinate, along with the local IT and technical specialists, to provide documentation of the regional voice network services, systems and processes.
5. Supporting business related IT issue and fulfill the SCO standard SLA.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and Develop ZF Voice Network environment and UC for the Asia Pacific locations.
2. Coordinate the support issues, to provide 1st and 2nd level technical support through telephone and email to internal clients for troubleshooting and resolution of problems in a voice network environment.
3. Escalate problems to 3rd -level support teams (internal and external) if unable to resolve at a local level.
4. Ensure that the IT inventories are regularly updated.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

1. Working experience Minimum 5 years relevant network experience in a MNC Environment, experience in ISP is an advantage.
2. Good Customer Oriented Services and Inter-personal skills
3. Education University degree with major in Information Technology or related discipline
4. English Fluent spoken and written English
5. German Knowledge of German is an advantage.
6. Computer Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, Windows Server & Network, Windows 7, MS-Office,
7. Qualification Experienced Network Professional, E-learning computers certificates(CCNA, MCSE),MS-Lync/Skype, Siemens Hipath.

3. Good communication skills
4. Able to work under time pressure, with attention to details.
5. Extensive exposure to the LAN/WAN technologies including MPLS,VPN, MSTP.
6. Extensive exposure to the Voice Network technologies including PABX,VOIP.
7. Extensive exposure to MS-Lync/Skype infrastructure
8. Experience in configuring Cisco router/switches. Very good understanding of layer 2, layer 3 protocols and QoS management
9. Experience in Network Security in LAN/WAN
10. Experience in Window Server, VM, Storage and AD.
11. Experience in Unify PABX administration.
12. Experience in projects, project management and its methods.
13. Experience in network documentation
