- 依照客户需求和预测编制物料需求计划,确保物料按时.按质.按量的供应,以满足生产要求

- 处理销售订单，销售预测及日常的询单。

- 根据生产、销售、采购的部门信息,及时协调、沟通并反馈信息

- 合理维护ERP的参数、订单单信息以及系统相关数据

- 跟踪物料需求,对物料计划进行有效调整,避免物料堆积或短缺

- 参与物料的异常处理,协调物料国产化的有效执行,控制呆滞的物料的产生

- 提供有关物料库存、库存周转，订单状况、生产产出、客户发货、生产产能等信息的报告，供各部门参考；

- 结合客户需求、物料状况及生产产能编排、制定、跟进与实施安排生产计划,确保销售订单能按时、.按质、按量的完成并满足客户需求

- 日常跟进生产进度，协调相关部门并监控生产计划完成情况。包括特殊订单、紧急订单、异常定单的跟进

- 强化成品销售订单安排前的分析（包括库存状况、订单延后订单及客户发货状况的分析），合理有效的控制成品库存量

- 相关部门的沟通与协调
