职位描述：

1.负责会计核算、编制财务报表

Responsible for accounting, preparation of financial statements

1)、负责编制本公司以及各分支机构的各项财务报表(中国报表和德国报表)

Responsible for the preparation of the Company and the various branches of the financial statements (statement of China and Germany report)

2)、负责审核会计凭证和账簿Responsible for auditing the accounting documents and books

3)、负责凭证、账簿等会计资料的保管和定期归档工作

Responsible for the documents, books and other accounting information storage and periodic filing

2.监督资金使用情况Supervise the use of funds

1)、监控银行账号, 及时记录资金增减变动情况, 按照规定编制报表

To monitor bank accounts, timely recording of capital increase and decrease, in accordance with the requirements of the report

2)、负责汇总、分析、编制公司资金来源运用表和差异分析报告

Responsible for the summary, analysis, preparation of company funding the use of tables and variance analysis reports

3.应收账款管理Accounts Receivable

1)、协助财务经理制定应收管理政策To assist financial managers to develop management policies due

2)、 负责建立客户信用和货款回笼档案, 根据账款回收情况随时同客户确认和更新应收账款余额, 对客户的付款情况进行追踪分析, 每周更新应收账款帐龄分析报告

Responsible for establishing customer credit files and credit growth, and recovery at any time in accordance with customer accounts and update the accounts receivable balance is recognized,

4.负责所有税务事务Responsible for all tax matters

1)、确认销售收入和销售成本, 核算增值税To confirm the sales and marketing costs, accounting VAT

2)、 上报增值税、企业所得税、个人所得税以及其他税项的纳税申报表

To report value added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax and other taxes, tax returns

3)、仔细核对应交税金明细账, 确保应交税金合理合法

To check the breakdown of tax payable, to ensure the reasonable and legitimate tax payable

4) 若有出口,负责退税账务处理, 编制退税清单

Responsible for the preparation of tax list for export

5)、定期检查财务系统软件(KIS和金税开票软件), 确保其正常运转

To regularly check financial system software (KIS and Golden Tax billing software), to ensure the normal operation

6)、购买发票、收据等To purchase invoices, receipts, etc.

1.Education:

会计或财务管理专业Majored in Accounting or Financial management

本科及以上学历BA degree or above

2.Job Training:

需有会计师资格Accountant certification

熟悉金蝶财务软件优先With knowledge of KINGDEE software is preferred

3.Working Experiences:

至少三年以上外资公司制造行业的相关工作经验

At least three year relevant working experience in Manufacturing and international company

4.Specialized Skills:

计算机运用熟练Good command of office software

精通会计, 财务管理知识,熟悉地方税法

Familiar with knowledge of finance and accounting, familiar with local rules and regulations

5.Language Skills:

英语听说读写熟练

Good command of oral and written English

6.Attitude:

值得信赖Very trustworthy

开朗, 耐心, 诚实, 性格良好open, patient, honest, good character

具团队合作精神Team spirit
