2.处理客户投诉，维护顾客满意度；
3.沟通门店及外送师傅情况，及时反馈给客人；
4.能较熟练的制作一些办公室的报表、PPT文档；
5.日常公司行政类事项

要求：
1.男女不限，形象佳；
2.英语口语流利，熟练掌握OFFICE软件；
