Qualification:

1. Min. 10 years of experience as a Technician in the field of apparel

2. Familiar with paper pattern, marker laying, sewing technical on Waterproof outwear, woven , knit , sweater, etc.

3. Be able to communicate with local factories in making recommendations on production improvement as well as sample approval

4. Be able to check samples and write comments independently and communicate with local factories in making recommendations on sample improvement as well

5. Be able to work with Designer to write technical requirements according to sketch

6. Quick learner and apparel, textile or education background is preferred.

7. Work hard is must.

8. Good command of English & excellent PC skills is preferred.

Responsibility:

1. Perform in-house inspection in office

2. Can highlight the main quality problems in bulk production and give good suggestion to factory. Assist factory to solve garment or fabric quality problems on time.

3. Be able to work with the merchandiser on any quality issues

4. Involve in the product development.

5. Maintaining sample checking records and reporting with interpretations and recommendations.
