岗位职责：
1.负责雅思托福产品功能设计及与技术团队的需求对接；
2.负责雅思托福各类管理员权限的管理；
3.负责雅思托福教研资料各分校日常使用问题的反馈与处理，主要对接技术团队；
4.负责雅思托福功能培训（各分校市场、销售、教学线培训）；
5.负责雅思托福新功能发布通知（各分校以及集团市场，全国运营）；
6.与留学对接有关雅思托福Prepsmith功能的需求和常规管理。

岗位要求：
1.大学本科以上学历，英语相关专业毕业；
2.2年以上雅思托福教学工作经验，有教研工作经验者优先；
3.了解教学运营模式；
4.优秀的沟通能力，项目统筹能力；
5.有较强的抗压能力，高度的责任心及工作热情。

EIC-New Pathway has one of the most successful standardized test preparation programs in Shanghai, China,with a 100% college placement rate, 99% retention rate and over 70% of its students being　accepted to their first choice universities.
