1.根据托书要求输入系统，根据要求向客户索要提单样本。
2 .根据要求提前发送AMS/ENS/ISF等信息
3.船开后,与操作确认箱货出运状态,签发提单，发送预报到国外。
4.受理客户的更改申请,应及时处理,如涉及费用问题,向操作说明情况
