职位描述：
客户服务经理Customer Service Manager
We are a leading company of road construction machinery in the world. To cope with your business growth, we are now looking for a high caliber candidate to join us in the customer service department.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing daily operations of Customer Service Dept.
2. Handling inventory management and order management
3. Review, establish and implement policies and procedures of CS Dept
4. Leading teammates to ensure effective execution of all CS functions, including enquires, order process, logistics, custom’s issues, complaints and problems solving
5. Taking initiative to discover and solve existing and potential problems; focus on systematic improvement in order to prevent any potential problems coming up
6. Coaching & training subordinates in all functional knowledge and skills
7. Communicating with overseas suppliers for order executing
8. Checking and ensuring contract terms fulfillable, order accuracy, on-time delivery, correctness of LC documents
9. Maintaining good filling system and updated database reports for CS Dept.
10. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in management of customer service and order processing
3. Hands on experience in both local and international trades, including contract, LC, shipment and payment
4. Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
5. Good interpersonal skills and coordination abilities
6. Able to work independently
7. Fluent English in both written and spoken
8. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) & ERP, practical experience in SAP is preferred
