作为一名CACTUS的线上营销经理

您将需要与团队一起执行所有的线上营销战略。这个职位将给予您足够的自由、责任以及回报来保证实现业绩目标。
具体职责如下：
1. 管理品牌网站：您需要不断地提高网站的实用性和提交率。通过最新的设计理念、技术和分析方法来提高网站性能和品牌形象；
2. 线上推广计划、执行和投资回报率管理：通过建立多渠道营销手段，提高推广的投资回报率来实现目标；
3. 搜索引擎营销（搜索引擎优化）：把握电子商务的本质并通过多种搜索引擎来保证业务发展；
4. 广告和线下营销：线上线下的品牌推广手段密不可分，相互协同作用是现今业务发展的趋势。有思想和采取有效的线下营销和广告推广来实现有效的网站流量。
需要的经营和技能
1. 3年以上电商网站或网络平台的管理经验，熟悉网站分析；
2. 或者曾在营销代理机构工作，有管理客户网站项目经验；
3. 有百度、360账户管理和搜索引擎优化经验；
4. 善于网站内容制作和设计；
5. 对面向中国观众的社交媒体和内容营销等方式有自己的见解；
6. 有邮件营销经验；
7. 通过数据分析制定商业决策；
8. 熟练应用Office 软件；
9. 熟练的英语沟通技能，中文为母语。

What would you do as Online Marketing Manager @CACTUS
You would be handling the entire e-commerce online marketing strategy in China Marketing team. This role offers you a big freedom & responsibility & reward to meet our business goals.

Your role includes;
1. Managing the brand website: your goal is to improve the usability and the submit rate of the website constantly to the next level. Bring the idea of the latest design trend, technology, and analytics to improve the site performance and brand image.
2. Online promotion planning, execution, and ROI management: Generate leads by cultivating multiple promotion channels, and improve ROI of your promotion.
3. SEM (Search Engine Optimization): Grip the essential of e-commerce by maintaining the business from multiple search engines.
4. Advertisements and offline marketing: Nowadays, offline and online brand promotion is inseparable and has to create synergy. Bring ideas and execute effective offline promotions and advertisements to bring quality traffic to the website.
Required Experience and skills

1. Have more than 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce website or web platform and is familiar in web analytics
2. Or, have experience in working in marketing agency and handled client website renewal projects.
3. Have experience and knowledge in managing account of Baidu and 360 PPC, and Baidu SEO.
4. Excellent in website content creation and design direction.
5. Have a lot of ideas in social media and content marketing to Chinese audience.
6. Have experience in email marketing.
7. Data analysis skills to make business decisions.
8. Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
9. Good English speaking skill, native in Chinese.
