基本要求：

1、本科及以上学历，建筑经济、工程造价及工程类专业；

2、五年以上工程审计、工程管理或预结算工作经验；

3、招投标流程、合约管理及工程预决算经验丰富；

4、有组织、协调及沟通能力，能承受较大工作压力；

5、实战经验丰富，动手能力强，非理论型；

6、能做到和MATSU实验室团队一起并肩作战；

7、有上市公司工作经历经验优先。

工作内容：

1、工程项目的预算和决算审核工作；

2、原材料采购及分包的招标及合同签订审计；

3、完善公司的审计制度和流程；

4、负责大额进度款支付的审核；

5、发现采购和项目管理中的问题和风险并提出改进意见；

6、组织实施工程造价审计、管理审计和效益审计等；
7、制定审计报告，提出改正建议，报集团审核。
