主要工作职责：
1、以电话方式进行老客户跟进；

2、解答客户问题，建立良好的客户关系；
3、建立客户以及房源信息系统，定期电话沟通，不断分层次、分步骤进行客户维护；
4、通过电话沟通了解客户需求,房源新增， 寻求销售机会并完成销售业绩。

任职要求：
1、良好的沟通能力和应变能力；
2、勤奋敬业，具有团队合作精神；
3、细心接听客户来电，普通话标准语音清晰，性格开朗，沟通能力强。
