1. Understand customer sourcing brief, SOP, marketing

了解客户采购意向，操作流程以及客户目标市场

2. Understanding factory audit process & standard

了解验厂流程和标准

3. Obtain quotation and negotiate price with factory

获取工厂报价，并协商价格

4. Organize samples for buying meeting, ensure all samples spec meet customer target.

为Buying Meeting收集样品，确保样品规格满足客户要求

5. Time controller on the sourcing process.

Sourcing阶段每个流程的时间管控

6. Support follow up team for any cost and spec change. Be helper to solve issues during order follow up stage

支持跟单部门关于任何成本和规格的变化，在跟单阶段协助解决问题

7. Look up valuable factory once new category development

寻找有价值的工厂

8. Detail paperwork, filling and email

9. 细致的文件处理工作，按规定存档和发送邮件

10.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

Job Requirement:

1. To have a strong passion for the Furniture/Camping/Hardgoods/Textile trends and design field.

2. At least 2 years’ experience worked in the office environment full time, prefer already

worked in these field.

3. To be able to read, write and conduct verbal communications in Fluent English

4. Good sense of urgency and timeline management.

5. Good skill of MS office (outlook/excel/word etc) is a must.

6. Good communication skills and a team player.

7. Frequent trips and visits to the suppliers and fairs.

8. Have a passion for learning new skills and self-development.
