职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Able to support a subscriber life-cycle communication strategy by utilizing various communication channels to maximize retention.
- Support and provide recommendations for evaluating and proposing pricing and offer strategies.
- Able to develop a deep understanding of subscriber needs and behaviors.
- Able to own the business requirements of dynamic website interfacing with subscribers
- Explore new opportunity of e-commerce platform and provide B2C solution
- Confident and skilled to work day-to-day interaction with outside agency to propose and review creative materials
- Provide materials and information for weekly SRM review meeting with leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Bi-lingual capability (Chinese/English)
- Preferred degree in Marketing or Communications
- Knowledge of the China market including various communications channels
- Proven record for developing and executing marketing strategies
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and still deliver on business results
- Highly resourceful -able to execute tasks across the business, as well as research new opportunities.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong desire to grow a newly forming business
THE BUSINESS
OnStar earns revenue through paid subscriptions, so we must consistently deliver value to our subscribers in order to keep their business. One essential element of the OnStar business is an effective subscriber communication and marketing strategy designed to maximize customer retention. The role of this position of Subscriber Relationship Marketing is to design and plan the subscriber communication and retention efforts specifically via OnStar subscriber web portal in order to:
· Educate subscribers about how to get the most value out of OnStar services and encourage subscribers to engage with OnStar services
· Allow subscribers navigate the pages and modify personal and vehicle information which is critical to build the smooth communication channel
· Display the services for subscribers to select and pay online, so that it provides a convenient, efficient, and safe platform to up-for-renew subscribers make the purchasing decision with the minimum interaction with Call Center advisors
We are looking for talented individuals with a background in marketing communications, especially 1 to 1 media such as direct mail, email, and telemarketing. Successful candidates will also be able to demonstrate experience in building strategic marketing programs, and cross-group collaboration skills.
