We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our tight-knit salesteam as Operations Administrator based in Shanghai. This is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career by contributing to the continued growth and expansion of New Zealand's leading wine company.
Through our iconic New Zealand and Australian wine brands, Delegat is recognised as a leading international Super Premium wine business. The Oyster Bay brand is a Super Premium category benchmark globally, named one of the world’s most admired wine brands by Drinks International magazine UK, and an IMPACT Hot Brand six years running in the US market.
Our Global Sales and Marketing division employs over 160 people and is the focal point of a powerful sales and distribution network spanning more than 30 countries and including in-market sales offices in USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Singapore and now China.
Based at our centrally located China National Office in Huang Pu District and reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Administratorwill provide administration support across all functions of the business operation. Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
? Providing sales administration support to our China sales team;
? Coordinating direct order processing and assisting with stock control and logistics support;
? Supporting the Finance function by updating the accounts payable log and assisting with general finance administration;
? Reconciling team business expenses and processing invoices; and
? Providing general office administration support and travel coordination.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
? Tertiary level qualification;
? Excellent verbal and written English;
? Superb relationship building and interpersonal skills;
? Detailed oriented and results focused approach;
? Being an inquisitive and fast learner;
? Strong computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
? Some workplace experience in a professional office environment would be advantageous; and
? Passion for wine and/or exposure to the industry is desirable.
