Job functions:

· Make up and update the service plan, improve and optimize the service process;

制定和及时更新服务计划完善公司服务制度，制定并优化服务流程；

· Define the scope of responsibilities and performance assessment for Service department. Guide, supervise and evaluate the work of service staff. Organize and arrange the necessary training for service staff;

定义服务部门的职能范围和考核办法。指导、监督和考评服务人员的工作，组织和安排服务人员的培训；

· Control the service quality and cost, improve the quality of service, deal with the customer complain; reach the target of customer satisfaction and yearly service order;

控制服务质量与成本，提升服务质量，合理处理客户投诉；确保客户满意度和年度服务销售额；

· Supervise the execution of service order;

监督服务订单的执行过程；

· Analyze the service report and failure mode recognition;

分析服务报告和识别故障模式趋势;

· Ensure the active feedback loop with engineering and quality department to continuously improve the design and quality;

与设计部门、质量部门等沟通产品设计和质量信息并提出改善意见；

· Coordinate between the relevant department and affiliating companies;

与公司内部有关部门和关联企业采购中心的沟通与协调；

· Other tasks assigned by the top management;

高级管理层安排的其他工作；

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering;

电气工程类本科或以上学历；

· At least 5 years experience in technical service as supervisor or 2 years above in managing position in foreign companies;

5年以上技术服务主管的外企工作经验，或2年以上经理岗位经验；

· Familiar with electrical programming esp. Siemens S7 PLC, and service process;

熟悉大型设备的电气调试程序尤其是西门子S7 PlC，以及服务流程；

· Good English in writing and speaking, good command of computer skills;

良好的英语和计算机操作能力；

· Honest, responsible, excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit, Self-motivated, result oriented;
