职位职能: 业务发展

职位描述:

岗位职责：

1、 以网络和电话的方式沟通客户，了解和发掘客户需求，为客户提供专业的广告咨询服务；

2、 根据客户需求推荐合适的销售方案，陪同客户实地了解广告业务需求和介绍沟通；

3、 关注行业动态及前端销售模式，定期进行市场调查，并提交分析报告及产品市场方案；

4、 完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

资历要求：

1、 20岁以上，35岁以下，大专以上学历，户籍、专业、性别不限；

2、 有无工作经验均可，优秀应届生和有销售经验者优先考虑；

3、 性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，有亲和力；

4、 熟练操作Office办公软件。

5、 热爱广告事业，具备旺盛的企图心、敬业精神，愿意挑战自我，能承受工作压力。
