职位描述：
岗位职责
1. 负责整体的前台活动（保持礼貌专业的态度方式接待公司的访客，接听电话，快递签 发等）
2. 保证高效流畅的公司办公室运营。
3. 保持整个办公区域的整洁
4. 为公司职员提供后勤支持，比如：火车/飞机票预订，酒店预订等
5. 购买公司耗材和固定维护公司设备
6. 每月考勤统计
7. 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作


岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 有1至2年外企相关工作经验者优先
3. 简单的英文口头和书面沟通技巧
4. 精通微软操作系统
5. 良好的人际交往技巧

个人要求：
1. 态度良好，性格开朗，专业的形象
2. 工作主动，具有团体合作精神
3. 工作认真仔细，关注细节
4. 主动思考和快速学习的能力


Job responsibilities
1. Be responsible for overall front office activities; (Give the reception to company visitors in a polite and professional manner；Maintain polite and professional attitude to the company's visitors, answer the phone, express delivery, etc.)
2. Ensure the efficient & smooth operations of company office;
3. Maintain the cleanliness of the office area.
4. Provide logistic support to office employees, e.g. train/flight tickets booking, hotel reservation & etc.
5.Purchase office consumables and stationery and maintenance office equipment
6. Monthly attendance statistics work
7. Offer elementary support to supervisor or other team members.

Job responsibilities
1. College and above
2. 1 to 2 years relevant working experience, with a multi-national company is preferred.
3. Simple oral and written communication skills in English
4. Proficient in MS Windows applications
5. Good interpersonal skills
