岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Provide maintenance department technical support to resolve mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems from soldering/brazing applications in workshop;

提供维修部门技术支持, 锡焊/铜钎焊使用中的机械故障或者突发的维护问题;

2. Development of solutions to match the applications of soldering and brazing technologies, possibility research and optimized process qualification.

锡焊/铜钎焊设备工艺解决方案的开发, 可行性及最优化工艺的研究和鉴定.

3. Support project to make soldering/brazing equipment and configuration (preheat zone, nozzle type, solder material, solder mask design etc), including confirm the relative requirements of customer from project, estimate the cost of conformal coating system and service, implement the technical specification;

支持项目完成锡焊/铜钎焊设备选型(预热区域，喷嘴选择，焊接材料,托盘设计等), 包括从项目处确认相关客户要求, 预估喷胶设备及售后费用, 完成技术规范;

4. Support project to make industrial soldering/brazing equipment selection and configuration, including confirm the relative requirements of customer from project, implement the technical specification;

支持项目完成锡焊/铜钎焊设备的选型, 包括从项目处确认相关客户要求 , 完成技术规范;

4. Analysis of sources of error or low first pass yields and determination of causes in context with equipment, processes used and establishment of measures for their elimination; determination of optimization possibilities to ensure process reliability, minimize reject production and increase quality;

分析误差来源或低的一次通过率，然后根据设备和实施过程确定原因，并建立消除措施；确定优化的可能性来确保过程的可靠性，减少废品生产和提高产品质量;

5. Conduct research on new soldering/brazing technologies;

锡焊/铜钎焊技术的研究以寻求新技术;

6. Create back-ups of programs or parameters;

创建程序或者参数的备份；

7. Participate in the pre-acceptance and final acceptance of new projects to debug the soldering/brazing in supplier companies (interior or external supplier) or in Hella plants;

参加在供应商处或者海拉工厂的新项目预验收和终验收, 锡焊/铜钎焊(国内或者国外供应商);

8. Continuously training to manufacturing engineers and TPM technicians in the special area;

在专业领域不断培训制造工程师和TPM技术人员；

10. Participate in the regular Hella technology network meeting (Interconnection) with specialists from other Hella plants to define and unify the relative technical specifications soldering/brazing applications.

定期参加海拉(Interconnection)网络技术会议, 和其它工厂的专家一起定义和统一相关锡焊/铜钎焊的技术规范;

11. Technical support other Hella plants in Asia the application of soldering/brazing;

技术支持其它亚洲的海拉工厂的锡焊/铜钎焊应用;

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automotive engineering, electronic or mechanical engineering;

本科以上学历，主修自动化工程, 电气或者机械工程;

2. Min 5 years of relevant working experience on wave soldering/selective wave soldering and Brazing, especially in process/equipment/quality improvement

至少5年波峰焊/选择焊和铜钎焊的工作经验.特别是在工艺/设备/质量改善方面。

3. Solid knowledge of electric equipment

拥有扎实的设备电气知识经验；

4. Familiar with SEHO wave soldering machine and ERSA selective soldering machine is preferred;

熟悉SEHO 波峰焊和ERSA 选择焊设备的优先;

5. Familiar with Miyachi brazing machine（>10000A）is preferred;

熟悉米亚基大功率铜钎焊（>10000A）设备的优先;

6. Familiar with PCB /PCBA process is preferred;

熟悉集成电路板和集成电路板组装工艺的优先;

7. Working understanding of statistics/Six Sigma certification desirable;

理解统计学，六西格码优先；

8. Ability of independent analysis, judgment and problem solving;

具备独立思考, 判断及问题解决的能力；

9. Good oral, written communications skills;

具备良好的口头表达能力和书面技巧；

10. Fluent in English. German language skill is preferred;

拥有流利的英语，会德语者优先;
