Job title / position: Finance Director

Main responsibilities:

?
Take charge of overall financial management, including but not limited
to accounting, budgeting, planning, reporting and financial controlling

? Perform as a business partner of the senior management team to realize company's business goals

? Conduct regular financial performance review & improve overall management efficiency

? Support annual budget process and internal/external auditing, etc.

? Prepare and present financial reports, forecast and cost analysis, etc.

? Ensure and maintain consistent and timely financial reporting following group policy

? Review and control production cost, purchasing cost, facility costs, etc.

? Manage and develop a modern and professional finance department

? Supervise other financial related affairs such as treasury, cash flow, banking, risk management, etc.

? Perform other duties as assigned

Educational qualification: University degree

Language: Good in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)

Working experiences

? Rich experience in financial controlling & management

? International company background preferred

? Good financial acumen, good at cross-function coordination

? Good business sense, knowledge and ability of business process management

? Ability of dealing with local and international colleagues

? Have shown successes in financial area

? Have been exposed to different areas (look beyond the core area)

? Knowledge of tax law and relevant Chinese financial policies

? A mature professional manager, with excellent leadership skills
