Area of Responsibilities:
Production Preparation
1.Make production preparation for assembly products according to design requirement
2.Design the engineering process
3.Design the layout and fixture needed
4.Calculate the working hour per the engineering process and provide the BMC data

Engineering process
1.Responsibily for engineering assembly/machining process, such as process document, SAP main data,ECR;
2.Handle new product introduction project into normal production;

Quality control
1.Use quality tools to solve the technical and quality problem occurred in assembly process and ensure the OTD
2.Find the rootcauses and take effective measures to avoid repeated quality issues
3.Analyze customer complaint and define effective CAPA;
4.Organize continous improvement for quality optimization;

Know-how sharing
1.Build up and maintenance the know-how sharing platform to others;

DBS Kaizen Involvement
1.Participate DBS workshops to learn various DBS tools
2.Apply the tools in daily work to improve continously the engineering process/ quality with various DBS tools to achieve better customer satisfaction

Operator Training
1.Prepare training material and deliver the training to operators concerning assembly process

Qualifications & Education:
University or above

Skills & Knowledge:
1.PRO E experience
2.Excellent knowledge of mechanical assembly/machining processing

Experience:
1.5 years above relevant working experience;
2.2 years people management experience is preferred;

Personal Skills / Attributes:
1.Production/Engineering background, understand relevant product;
2.Good communication skill;
3.Good problem-solving skill;
4.Proficient with LEAN tools practice;
5.Good team player

Other areas: eg. Language & office skill
1.Fluent oral&reading English
2.Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
