职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for equipment management, diagnosing malfunction, trouble shooting and fill in maintenance log.
负责公司设备的管理，故障诊断和排除，填写维修日志；

2. Responsible for equipment maintenance based on maintenance plan and maintenance requirement list.
按照公司维修、保养计划进行设备保养及校准；

3. Repair the equipment when equipment are fault.
设备发生故障、损坏时，进行修理或采取临时措施及时解决。

4. Regular equipment inspection, locate the problem timely and address the hidden risks.
做好日常设备检查巡视工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患

5. Responsible for execute the problem diagnosis and maintenance by maintenance requirement list, implement action plan as per schedule.
按维修单做好问题诊断与维修，按计划实施保养工作

6. Complete the temporary work.
完成上级委派的其他任务。

7. Responsible for preventative maintenance job and reduce the shutdown time in its area.
做好预防性保养、维护工作，降低本区域停机时间
Qualification:

1. Education: vocational high school or degree above
学历：职高及以上学历

2. Have basic mechanical ,electrical technical knowledge
具备基本的机械，机电原理知识；

3. One years + working experience
有一年及以上的机修工作经验

4. Maintenance working experience in major manufacturing enterprise or auto plant is preferred.
有大中型制造企业或汽车厂维修工作经验优先

5. With electrician certificate ( LV/HV) or Maintenance fitter level certificate is preferred
具有高、低压电工上岗证或维修钳工等级证者优先。

6. Experience in latheman, bench work, milling machine operation, sheet panel work and rivet/welding is preferred.
会车工、钳工、铣工、钣金、铆焊者优先
