JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent is responsible for pioneering and generating sales leads, activities, and new account acquisition
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leasing/Sales (see below details):
Actively sells and manages his/her key accounts and territory as #1 priority
Effectively negotiates and closes leasing/sales
Achieves own revenue goals
Primary “one up” salesperson for key department accounts
Has thorough knowledge of and develops rapport with key people in community and business leader who are potential sources of major revenue.
Develops programs to enhance top agencies’ productivity, targeting:
New business
Need periods
Fosters a strong relationship with key agencies.
Participates in and ensure that leasing/sales department participates effectively in company organized sales activities.
2. Provides market intelligence on business unit and market information in view of leasing/sales forecasting on monthly and annual basis.
3. Plan networking activities to ensure new leads generation.
4. Performs any other functions assigned by the Management.
