Position: Furniture QC Manager

Position Response
岗位职责:
1. Supplier Develop: Participate in new supplier development and audit, evaluate new suppliers together with purchasing, design and other departments.
供应商开发:参与新供应商开发与审核,与采购、设计等部门一起对新供应商进行考核。
2. Establish inspection standards: Familiar with the furniture industry standards, establish the cooperative product quality inspection standards and norms, regular on-site audit, product inspection and guidance, issue reports, ensure quality of products ready to shipment meet customers’ requirements, correct quality programs according to customer feedback of the quality, eliminate the problems occurred again.
制定检验标准:了解家具行业标准,建立外协产品的品质检验标准与规范,定期进行现场审核、产品检验及辅导并出具报告,保证待出货符合客户质量要求,针对客户反馈问题修正品质方案,杜绝问题发生。
3. Build the QMS:
建立管理体系:
(1)establish the supplier evaluation system to evaluate Strategic cooperation suppliers, responsible for review / supervise / boot / push supplier quality management , improve quality with other departments, require low score suppliers improve in certain deadlines.
对战略合作供应商建立供应商评审体系,负责审核/监督/引导/推动供应商质量管理各项工作,联合其他部门一起进行质量改善,对评分较低者提出限期改善要求。
(2)Establish quality management system, and require the suppliers to feedback the quality problem within the limited time, analyze the root cause of the problem and apply improvement plan and reports, confirm the effect.
建立品质问题管理体系,要求供应商在限定时间内针对品质问题反馈,分析问题产生原因和提交改善方案与报告,确认落实效果。
Requirements:
任职资格:
1. Must be fluent in oral and written English.
英语口语与读写流利
2. Bachelor in Furniture Design/Engineering or Quality Management (other majors disciplines considered)
家具设计/工程 或者质量管理学士学位(其他专业也考虑)
3. 10+ years of furniture(Case Goods) experience in Quality Control, 5+years of Quality Management
10年以上家具(箱柜家具)行业管理经验,5年以上质量经验。
4. Knowledge of Furniture raw materials, production processes, quality controls and costs
家具行业原材料、生产流程、质量控制、成本的知识全面。
5. Knowledge of Statistics, QMS(ISO9001、ISO14001、QC080000), Six Sigma, Lean Management
统计、质量管理系统(ISO9001、ISO14001、QC080000)、6 Sigma、精益化管理的知识全面
6. Can accept very often travel and Often being embedded at suppliers’ facilities for the duration of projects
能根据项目需要长期驻厂及长期频繁出差
7. Has experience is following a structured manufacturing process,complete with in-line inspections and in-line status reporting (PPAP experience at some level is preferred)
具有结构制造工艺经验,完整的在线检查和在线状态报告(有PPAP经验者优先)
8. Must provide examples of their organizational tools used in the past,and examples of how improvements and adjustments were made to projects while in process.
必须提供他们过去所使用的组织工具的例子,以及如何在生产过程中进行改进和调整的例子。
9. Must have a minimum of 3 prior employment references from the owners of factories
必须至少有3个原单位推荐资料
10. He needs to be independent thinking. Abke to solve problems by himself and think outside the box.

11. Good at records and summarize problems, could propose detail improvement actions, and follow up the improvement status and results.
善于记录总结问题,提出具体改进措施,并跟踪改进措施的执行进度与结果。
