职位描述：
Job Descriptions:

1. Come up with various lifting performance and sales data related reports as a reference for sales and marketing departments / management.
2. Come up with the running target reports and submit to China marketing department on weekly basis.
3. Trace the shipments of the VIP accounts and provide loading advices and other services per customers’ requests.
4. Punctually provide booking status to the sales for space controlling.
5. Communicate with the colleagues in trade management and T/S or logistics dept. for space application, transshipment control, roll over follow up.
6. Punctually update vessel schedules of all trades and provide them to all related parties every month.
7. Follow up phone calls/overseas email reply for sales when sales are not available.
8. Section e-mail dispatch and reply.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Better to have shipping concerned experience.
3. Shipping line concerned knowledge.
4. CET-4, good command of both oral and written English.
5. Ability of Analysis and problem solving.
6. Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season. 举报 分享
