职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for isolation, preparation and characterization of polysaccharides, oligosaccharides from different materials, and development of derivatives and other related reagents.
2) Work with marketing department to prepare technical aspects of sales literature.
3) Help in the drafting of research plans according to the direction and aim of this company, and implement them strictly.
4) Effectively communicate (written and oral) to summarize research for manuscripts, posters, or patents.
5) Report work to supervisor regularly.

Requirements:
1) MSc. or equivalent degree in natural products chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
2) Minimum 1 year of experience in carbohydrate chemistry with knowledge and experience in carbohydrate structure analysis is preferred.
3) Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Capable of reporting research progress in written and oral presentation.
4) Capable of designing experiments, analyzing and overcoming problems encountered in research.
5) Good hands-on experience, take notes of the experimental phenomena and data according to regulations.
6) Team work, good executive ability and responsibility.

任职资格：
1） 有机化学、分析化学、天然产物化学、生物化学及相关专业硕士及同等学历。
2） 有糖化学方向研究经验，熟悉糖类物质制备和结构分析相关技术者优先。
3） 英文水平良好，口语流利，能熟练检索和阅读英文文献并撰写相关研究报告及PPT。
4） 能积极主动地分析，解决工作中出现的问题。能认真细致地进行实验，并按要求记录实验现象与数据。

Member of the board of directors of the first "Society of Glyco-Drugs, China Biochemical Pharmaceutical Industry Association (SGD)". GlycoNovo specializes in the development and production of unique high quality reliable chemical and biological reagents, and provision of technical services for scientific research and biomedical industries related in glycosciences, to advance glycosciences. At present, four patents have been applied for. Meanwhile, we are being involved in the discovery and development of carbohydrate-based in vitro diagnostic products (IVD) and new drugs for treatment of glycol-function related diseases.
Till now, GlycoNovo has produced many reagents including tool enzymes for GAGs research, carbohydrates, antibodies, etc. Our clients include BMC at Uppsala University, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. Meanwhile, one project on “first in class” new drug R&D is in the progress of preclinical investigation, and many projects are under evaluation.
