职位描述：
一、岗位职责( Job Responsibility )
1、 依据公司发展需要，制定质量方针，建立质量体系，确保产品质量；According to company development and requirement, establish quality policy and QMS, ensure product quality.
2、 组织并实施TS16949内部质量体系审核，执行内审（产品、过程和系统的审核），确保审核通过； organize and carry out TS16949 internal quality system audits and internal audits (product, process, system audits) to make sure it pass.
3、 组织、协调和监督部门员工，指导、培训和考核下属工作，建立和完善内部工作流程；Manage employee, assign work task. provide employee training requirement planning .help, coach, improve and evaluate employee’s capability and quality. Establish &complete internal work process.
4、 维护客户关系，与客户达成统一标准，处理客户投诉及退货，提交8D报告；maintain customer relations, agree with customer for uniform standards, handle customer complain and return of goods, make 8D report.
5、 支持并积极参与新产品开发；Support and take part in new product development.
6、 支持生产执行与质量相关的培训；Supporting the production for the carrying out of training which contains quality relevant topics.
7、 参与草拟本公司和供应商及客户的质量保证协议；Responsible for respectively taking part in drafting quality assurance agreements between FLABEG-GAM and its suppliers and customers.
二、 基本素质要求 (basic quality requirement )
1、 年龄35周岁以上，性别不限； Over 30 years , male / female.
2、 本科以上学历，电子/电气/机械/自动化专业为佳（质量管理专业也可），具备5年以上质量管理工作经验，其中至少3年以上汽车零部件质量经理经验；Bachelor or above, Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Automation is better(Quality Management is ok) , more than 5 years experience in Quality management, more than 3 years working experiences in auto parts industry as a manager.
3、 心理素质稳定，办事公正，实事求是，原则性强；Psychological stability , impartiality , pragmatic and principled.
三、 能力要求 (capability requirement )
1、 具有良好的逻辑思维能力、分析判断能力、决策能力及迅速的应变能力，能够独立有效处理突发、紧
急事件；Have a good logical thinking ability , analysis and judgment ability, Decision-making capabilities and rapid response capability , can deal with emergency independently and effectively.
2、 具有较强的计划能力、协调沟通能力、公共关系处理能力、语言表达、文字组织能力；Have a strong ability to plan, coordinate communication skills , pubic relations capacity , language expression and writing instrument ability.
3、 具有一定的领导力和亲和力,善于处理供应商/客户/内部关系；Have a stronger leadership and appetency, adept in dealing with the relationship among supplier, customer and internal.
4、 具有较好的外语阅读能力、口语表达能力与写作能力；Good English level ( Listening, oral, read and writing ).
5、 能熟练操作常用办公软件。Fluent office skill.
