职位描述：
一、业务运作:
1、 咖啡机服务网点/服务商的技术培训与管理。
2、 终端客户的设备技术支持、调试及技术培训，新装机协调。
3、 咖啡机技术/新产品推广技术支持与培训。
4、 售后技术问题或客户投诉的处理与解决，客户关系维护。
二、零配件销售:
1、 负责零配件、易损件等配件销售工作。
2、 负责WMF咖啡机保养工作指导。
三、库存管理
1、基于销售情况预测及动态的用量跟踪分析，在最大程度满足供应的情况下，控制库存总量。
四、市场信息收集和管理:
1、 收集所属区域市场信息，关注行业动态，竞争对手并及时反映情况。
2、 协助建立健全渠道信息库、客户信息库、销售信息库等。并及时收集客户对于产品的使用反馈，便于销售人员及时调整销售策略。
五、参加市场推广活动: 参加各种酒店用品、餐饮设备、食品饮料的展会；对市场推广的活动提供相关技术支持。
六、其他:其他领导安排的相关工作。
职位要求
? 大专及以上，工科类以及相关专业要求.英语良好掌握.
? 熟悉设备类产品知识和行业动态，具备相关产品项目及销售渠道的开发管理经验；
? 具备酒店设计渠道及相关行业背景者优先。
? 3年以上相关渠道或产品工作经验。
? 很强的吃苦耐劳精神和保密意识，耐心细致，精力充沛，主动自信
? 优秀的沟通能力、谈判说服能力、协调解决问题能力，良好的学习创新能力、计划执行能力、和信息收集能力
