Our client is a prestigious global brand and highly regarded. With a growing China business they are looking for a Vice President with expertise from the Consumer or FMCG sector with strong experience in Sales and Marketing.

The Vice President will form part of the management team and work with the business to develop the Beijing market. Working with a team of highly skilled and high performing individuals, the Vice President will be responsible for cultivating a strong and desirable work environment that contributes to attract potential future leaders. The Vice President will hire, motivate and mentor teams to aspire to achieving sales targets, developing high quality material and adapt a high performance mind set and culture. Additional responsibilities include P&L management as well as overseeing the logistics, operations, sales and marketing teams. The growth of the business is fast-paced and thriving which makes this opportunity extremely attractive to individuals who enjoy dynamic challenges. This Vice President role would suit creative people who are looking for a new challenge and would like to try something that would utilize consumer and FMCG sector expertise and apply to this business. You will have at lease 8 years of experience in a senior management capacity with a strong track record of managing sales. Experience in the service sector is also advantageous. As this is a senior role, strong English language skills will be necessary.
