职位描述：
The Challenge / 工作职责
a. Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任
1. Coordinate site resources for Process Safety activities and dotted line accountability to Operations / Engineering / SHE leadership within the site; Use fact based, structured decision making process to initiate and support appropriate actions

2. Coach site level people to enhance competence development of Process Safety skills

3. Process Safety review for projects at the design stage (Hazop / PSA)

4. Provide technical support and make difficult technical decisions in Process Safety area within site

5. Represent site as process safety expert for attending regional Process Safety platform meetings / BG Process Safety meetings and accountable for rolling out the Process Safety systems, tools, metrics, training, standards within site.

6. Competent in use of / training for use of Process Safety tools, work process, standards (e.g.: Lead / facilitate Hazops, RCI Process Safety incident investigation, audit requirements, Gap Assessments, etc.)

7. Provide technical support for line managers in SHE&Security aspects, such as advising on SHE&Security training needs/programs at plant SHE&Security level; Join SHE&Security audits, inspections and meetings; Consult in the SHE&Security studies and incident reporting&investigation; Member of MoC risk assessment team, etc. to ensure enough SHE&Security knowledge within the assigned areas.

8. Advise and challenge line managers in translating Corporate/site SHE&Security requirements into operational controls within their responsible areas

9. Support line managers/supervisors to ensure operational controls are in place and review effectiveness of controls

10. Promote and support the right management style, attitude and approach of first line manager for a safety working environment

1. Challenge any Process Safety issues with potential risks.

2. Stop any unsafe behaviours or activities in the site.

3. Kick out any contractors who intentionally or seriously violate site safety rules.

c. Projects or Special Assignments特别任务
Together with existing process safety experts, chair parts of Process Safety reviews/updates for B6 and others plants in the site.

The Ideal / 主要要求
- University degree major in chemical, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related subjects
- Self-initiating individual with ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Good command of Mandarin
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in PC based applications
- Knowledge of and experience in other relevant disciplines: Minimum 5 years broad experience in the chemical or other related industry on production or engineering, 2 - 3 years multinational experience on Process Safety
- Experience in management: 1 - 2 years working experience as team leader
- Managerial and social knowledge and experience: Good communication and social skills 举报 分享
