职位描述：
岗位职责:
1、 协助确保营业大厅日常运作，维护秩序
2、 给于客户适当指引与帮助
3、 应对营业大厅内突发事件的处理
4、 处理领导交付的其他任务　　

任职要求：
1、 性别、户籍不限（能听懂上海话），年龄30周岁以内；
2、 形象气质佳；
3、 全日制大专以上学历，可招实习生；条件特别优秀者，学历可适当放宽。
4、 愿意从事金融窗口服务行业工作，有一定的亲和力、服务意识和承压能力。责任心、业务处理能力、沟通协调能力较强；善于微笑，普通话流利，书写端正；优秀的品行和职业操守，工作保密意识和原则性强；办事沉稳、细致、思维活跃，有良好的服务意识和亲和力。
