职位描述：
ESSENTIAL TASKS & DUTIES:
Transacting Goods into the company in a timely manner using the company’s computerized business system.
使用公司的计算机系统及时完成货物验收
Read and interpret engineering drawings, delivery documents, supplier’s material certification and gross related document to the company inspection standards.
阅读并翻译工程图纸，交付文档和供应商的材料认证，使文件符合公司的标准。
Assist the calibration and purchase of the company’s measuring equipment (includes pressure gauges, thermometers and other metrology equipment).
协助完成公司的策略设备的校准（包括压力表、温度计和其他计量设备）
Conduct the FAI and provide reports for first article sample components.
提供第一件试样零部件的FAI报告。
Conduct the quality inspection work as per the quality control plan, drawings, random selection request and procedures related lead by the higher manager.
在质量经理的领导下，依据质量计划，图纸，抽样要求以及相关的程序文件开展检验工作。
Responsible for the parts quality inspected. And capable to give corrective comments for the defects caused from the process production.
对所检验的产品的质量结果负责。并能够对相应的质量问题给出纠正和改善意见。
Inspect and verify the incoming parts certificates and reports request, make sure it is qualified as per the related standards and specification. Connect with buyer to get the right doc from vendor if needed.
检查和验证零件的证书和报告，确保其满足相应标准和技术要求。对于不符合报告，与跟单沟通取得正确报告。
Arrange the third party institution inspection if needed, such as CMM, mechanical and chemical properties, etc. follow up and push the result.
在需要的情况下，联系并安排第三方检验，并跟踪和推进报告的进度。如CMM等等。
Prepare the nonconforming report for the defect parts, and make the initial judgement.
对检验发现的不良品实施初判，并编写不合格报告。
Weekly report to quality manager about the quality problems founded and inspection progress, which will helpful for the problem solving.
定期向质量经理汇报检验进度和检验过程中发现的问题，协助质量问题的解决。

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Respond to other duties as required from quality manager
负责领导安排的其他工作。

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have: Mechanical technician back ground
机械相关专业背景 (机加工相关工作经验优先)
-Wish to have knowledge of castings (iron/steel/SST/Bronze/aluminum die-casting…)
希望有一定的铸件基础。


Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrated strong and effective communication skills; written, oral, and inter-personal.
有效的沟通技巧，优秀的听说读写能力。
Willing to learn and ability to multi-task and work independently.
学习能力强，可以独立完成工作。
MS Office experience required and working knowledge of MRP is a plus.
有MS office操作经验，熟悉MRP应用知识者优先考虑。
Knowledge of the valve, casting and machining industry is a plus.
有阀门、铸造和机械制造行业知识的优先考虑。
Skillful for the measuring tools application and inspection technic.
熟悉测量工具和检测技术。
Capable of English drawings reading.
可以阅读英文图纸。

Education Minimum Requirements/Equivalent:
Mechanical technician back ground or more than 4years experience.
机械加工或相关工作经验4年以上

Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience in the use of general metrology equipment found in a light engineering environment (includes height gauges, venire etc.).

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The individual will be working in a non-smoking administrative office environment with moderate PC work, light to moderate communication via phones and multiple interruptions. Noise level encountered will vary from minimum to heavy machining. Capable of business travel (visiting supplier within China) if required.
