工作职责
SEM客户经理主要负责：
- 合理制定各搜索引擎投放策略，有效地管理搜索引擎各计划的投放；
- 充分运用所有可用的资源，包括优化、市场营销和技术支持，提升广告投放效果；
- 发现并解决投放计划的问题
- 客户日常管理
- 客户需求评估
- 客户网站分析
- 竞争对手分析
- 各行业研究分析经验
- 根据客户需求，制定日/周/月报告。

职位要求：
我们对SEM客户经理的要求为以下几点：
- 以中文普通话为母语
- 熟练的英语工作的能力
- 对市场营销，在线竞价，在线广告有兴趣
- 能够同时进行多项任务，并且处理好责任优先级
- 至少1-2年使用百度，谷歌，奇虎360 或者搜狗搜索引擎的经验
- 熟练掌握Excel技巧（透视表、函数、VLOOKUP函数，图表）
- 熟悉商业基本知识，包括销售、投资回报率（ROI）、转化成本（CPA）；
- 熟悉搜索引擎优化(SEO)以及转化率优化(CRO)
- 至少使用过一个以上第三方系统监测工具：Google Analytics, Google Double Click (DFA), Marin Software, Mediamind, Ad Monitor, Omniture


Job Duties
The SEM Account Manager will be in charge of:
- Using search engines tools and policies to efficiently and effectively setup and manage search engine marketing campaigns
- Leveraging all available resources including optimization, marketing, and technical support. Identifying opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
- Detecting and resolving campaign issues
- Client day-to-day management
- Client needs assessment
- Client website analysis
- In-depth competitor analysis
- Industry-specific research
- Daily/weekly/monthly report custom to client needs

Job Qualifications
We require our SEM Account Manager to have the following qualifications:
- Native Mandarin Chinese speaker
- Working proficiency in English (desirable)
- Interest in marketing, online bidding, online ads
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- 1-2-year experience in search marketing using Baidu, Google, Qihoo 360 and/or Sogou
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot table, isnumber, vlookup, charts)
- Understanding of business including sales, concept of ROI & Cost per Acquisition (CPA) with past experience would be great
- Knowledge about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Experience in using at least 1 of these web analytics/tracking/search tools: Google Analytics, Google Double Click (DFA), Marin Software, Mediamind, Ad Monitor, Omniture 举报 分享
