Inside Account Manager, China

Position Summary: Drive and support the sales of Stratasys products and materials with existing and new customers by responding in a timely manner to leads generated through incoming phone, email, web and live chat inquiries. Effectively create and execute against outbound prospecting and sales campaigns into new verticals and high value prospective accounts to develop a qualified pipeline. Work closely with internal Sales, Channel and Customer Service teams, as well as with end customers, resellers and the entire service management group in North America.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintaining and the growth of consumption by phone, email, online campaigns and web inquiries and respond in timely manner.
  • Provide quotation and follow up on service contract based on customer needs and escalate to Account Manager if site visit is required.
  • Manage, overlook the whole lifecycle management and act as an Account Manager for new customer during their first 12 months with the Company
  • Take responsible for task assignments in SFDC for different stakeholders
  • Assist and support Sr. Account Manager / Account Manager (s) in customer development and retention through online campaign, including promotion, newsletter and via attending customer event and execute relevant activities.
  • Understand and clearly communicate the Stratasys value proposition and applications to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in SalesForce.com
  • Meet or exceed region targeted sales quotas for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and PolyJet (PJ) products
  • Meet all minimum requirements for monthly, and quarterly and annual contact activity
  • Develop and maintain account profiles and report important account developments in a timely fashion
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on printer products and services, industry products and services, and industry changes and developments
  • Demonstrate commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree and 2 years of sales experience required
  • Prefer experience with inside sales of technology products or services in a business-to-business sales environment, outbound customer sales experience and experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting a plus
  • Must be results driven and self-motivated
