General Responsibility
Factory and product sourcing, logistics, QA operations, product development

Main areas of responsibility
- Ensure standardized and timely order management (PO and PI handling)
- Production monitoring and continual dialogue with suppliers about production progress
- Inspection planning in coordination with quality inspectors and other merchandisers
- Manage inspection reports from quality inspectors and ensure accurate storage and distribution
- Communicate feed-back from HQ to both supplier and quality controllers and ensure that action is taken on product quality related issues
- Ensure effective and efficient shipping documentation flow and storage of information
- Participation in product development projects
- Take on other tasks and projects assigned by immediate superior or MD
- 1-2 years of related working experience is required.
