职位描述：

工作职责(Specific responsibilities of the position):

1. Improve supplier quality performance and capability development of critical suppliers.

2. Manage supplier audit program and overall supplier approval/rating program through robust qualification processes.

3.Assure supplier compliance to ISC and regulatory requirements through supplier monitoring process.

4.Manage the supplier process change process

5.Develop positive relationships and work closely with Global Sourcing and Sustaining Engineering to manage and implement supplier/engineering changes, New Product Development, and transfers.

6.Interface with Suppliers, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sourcing to drive Quality improvements that minimize the Costs of Quality, specifically Incoming Rejects, Failures, and Customer claims.

7.Work directly with vendors under the control of the supplier’s quality performance. This involves travel to supplier sites.

8.Assure Corrective and Preventive Action plans are developed and executed at assigned suppliers in compliance with the CAPA process.

9.Work with suppliers for tooling management program, facilitate annual tooling investment strategy and plan according to ISC product roadmap.

职位要求(Position Requirements):

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering/Material Engineering.

2. 5 years’ experience in supplier management and quality engineering activities

3. Good communication and project management skills.

4. Assertive, aggressive and confident.

5. Good command of English and Mandarin (written/oral)
