Requirements:
Bachelor Degree Major: Mechanical Engineering or related major
- Good written and spoken English
- Familiar with computer/office skills
- Experience and technical background for engineering or planning control
- Solid Knowledge of project delivery process in heavy machinery industry
- Familiar with SAP/ERP system
- About 5 years related experience in mechanical design, project management field or in charge of material planning in international manufacture company
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Quick response and efficient working style
- Detail oriented and active working style
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
- Team work spirit

Job Description:
Be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and managing the multi-projects activities and to ensure timely execution of the projects in accordance with the contractual requirements within company.
Draft project planning based on the contract requirements and production capacity, material availability and order priority.
Be in charge of coordination between PM, engineer, purchaser, production, quality checking in order to ensure execution the planning.
Collect and record the necessary information to adequately monitor, control, and trend the execution status of a project
Consider the cost control when create project planning
Maintain the project planning in planning system
Optimize inventory levels to ensure it under control
Review and recommend changes in procedures
Be responsible for whole process of small project, from quotation preparation, drawing design and cost calculation to follow up the status of procurement, production, delivery and payment.
Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target.
Finish other tasks relevant to this position
