职位描述

Job Accountabilities:

- Review technical agreement made with customer during quotation phase;

- Prepare project timing and budget plan. Lead Capital Request activities;

- Ensure the fulfillment of the project timing, cost/budget, and quality requirements;

- Manage internal project reviews and status reporting to ensure progress is maintained according to project plan;

- Ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements based on agreed technical specification, and fulfillment of company internal requirements;

- Main interface person for operations communication with BU project team, suppliers, and customer regarding technical and project related issues;

- Coordination and management all other project related items in the location, under the needs of location, BD and customer;

- Review line capacity planning. Lead completion of project and product documentation;

- Lead new project RFQ’s and manufacturing concept reviews;


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or equivalent.

- At least 5 years experience on project management

- Familiar with MS Office, e.g. Excel, Power point, Project, Word

- Familiar with APQP, PPAP, etc

- Preferred to have experience of electronic product assembly, e.g. SMT

- Preferred to have experience of plastic part assembly, e.g. molding

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Fluent level of English (spoken and written)
