Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor the performance of reponsible BU in terms of sales, EBIT, capital spending, period expense, scrap, working capital,logistics cost etc.
  分析并跟踪所负责的业务单元运作的各个方面，包括销售，利润，投资，期间费用，报废，营运资本，物流费用的情况。
• Prepare monthly forecast,costing and management reports to the responsible BU.
  按时所负责的业务单元月度经营预测、成本结算和集团的财务报告。
• Prepare annual operation budget for responsible BU,monitor the expenditures.
  准备所负责的业务单元的年度经营预算并监督预算的使用情况。
• Prepare annual operation budget for responsible BU,monitor the expenditures.

• Prepare manufacturing cost calculation. Maintain Standard costing, analyze variance over standard. Generate cost reduction plan
  进行制造成本计算。 维护标准成本，分析实际成本的差异来源。制定成本削减计划。
• Provide timely and effective management suggestion. Initiate and excute process improvement for responsible BU.
  对所负责的业务单元管理层提供及时有效的管理信息。对运营中遇到的问题发起并推动流程改进。
• Create, maintain the master data in SAP CO, make posting for the daily transactions.
  在SAP CO 中创建、维护主数据，对日常交易进行过账。
• Participate in external and internal Auditing, CIP project.
  参与外部和内部审计，参与持续改进项目。
• Provide necessary support in new project to reach the overall objective.
  对新项目给予必要的支持。

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting, finance or international business administration
  本科以上学历，会计、金融或国际商务管理专业。
• Over 3 years experience in FP&A area in Multinational company. 超过三年的跨国公司财务分析经验。
• Premium Excel skill is prefered. ERP experience required. SAP experience prefered.
  有ERP经验。良好的excel技能及有SAP经验优先。
• Knowledge of cost analysis and internal control process; 通晓成本分析和内控流程；
• Pro-active attitute, excellent problem solving skill is preferred.
  有积极主动的工作态度及优秀的解决问题的能力优先。
• Good oral and writing English; 英语口语及书写能力良好；
