要求：

1、能熟读客户各种产品图、模具图、模具零件图及其各种技术要求等；

2、必须具备熟练操作铣床、磨床和冲床等模具著作设备的技能，也能按照图纸完成加工，同事也了解模具加工的其他工艺，如CNC、线切割、放电和各种热处理等等；

3、必须具备10年以上的电子，五金模具的相关工作经验，5年以上的电子，五金模具钳工的工作经验且有独立处理过150套模具以上的各种经验。具备相当处理弹片，屏蔽罩和拉伸连续模经验者优先；

4、具备独立处理和解决模具生产过程中出现的各种问题，使生产顺畅；

5、对模具突发事件，或生产的临时安排，具有相对适合具体情况的判断和方案；

6、具备建立模具维护档案和保持模具维护完整记录，适时对相应模具进行有计划的维护，保养等；

7、在不影响模具的正常使用情况下，具备模具维护成本控制能力；

8、能独立带领和管理好6-8人的队伍，并适时完成公司布置的任务；

9、具备妥善处理和协调部门及部门之间的相关事宜；

10、 具备适时对员工进行定期培训和完成各种考核。

Santec is a Singapore based company with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and China, with affiliation operations in Vietnam and Indonesia. We specialize in prototyping, tool & die fabrication, and precision metal stamping production. Our China subsidiary, Santec Precision (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, was established in 2002 and located in Malu town, Jiading district of Shanghai. It is now 80 people strong and growing. Santec in Shanghai currently export 60% to overseas market, mainly to USA & SE Asia. The major market sectors we served are telecommunication, computer peripherals, and point of sales.
