1. Is a machining expert. Knows in detail

2. Works with the service department to provide our customers the highest quality customer service possible.

3. Is an expert on Haas products and knows options and features of Lathes, Mills, Specials, or Rotarys, and 5 axis.

4. Answers applications related phone calls from dealers and customers.

5. All tasks related to setting up a job on a lathe or mill from conception to an errorless machine demo (designing/building fixtures, selecting the proper tools, etc).

6. Writing advanced 5-axis (mills) and 3-axis plus sub spindle with live tool (includes Vertical Turning Center if Lathe) CNC programs utilizing advanced machine functions such as macros.

7. Diagnosing complex programming errors and software flaws as well as mechanical flaws.

8. Keeps show room and working areas clean and organized.

9. Familiar and fully utilize the resources in Headquarters.
